Who We Are
The Teachers Leading Change Cohort is a two year professional learning program aimed at developing leadership efficacy in teachers. Over the course of two years, participants will focus on building capacity as a teacher leader in addition to creating their own action research projects. Our learning is structured around the Teacher Leader Competencies developed by the NEA. Some of the major topics covered within the cohort include: leading in a culture of change, building credibility, coaching & mentoring, adult learning, designing engaging presentations, collaborative inquiry, observations & feedback, advocacy, and working with administration.
